For me, going into 2021 after the uncertainty of 2020 was a mixed bag.
While our product offered great value to small businesses during the shutdowns of 2020, COVID-19 related uncertainties were far from over.
Fortunately, it turned out to be a great year for Agentz to grow our channel partners and help them drive better ROI for their customers. Focusing on our API-driven white label solutions that provide flexibility to our partners while complementing the SMB tech ecosystem has paid off!
What Happened in 2021
In 2021 we expanded upon our theme of easy setup, multiple channels, and uniform customer experience across SMS, Google Chat, and Facebook Messenger, all encompassed within a unified inbox so that SMBs don’t have to worry about missing a call, text, or online inquiry. Our product & engineering team worked on 987 items and did 14 major releases in 2021!
While we stay committed to helping SMBs do simple things faster, better, and cheaper using AI, we are excited for 2022 with a great roadmap ahead of us that will provide even more options to our partners including deeper industry-specific solutions, voice automation, conversational AI training, and additional third-party integrations.
